Continuous non-woven gravity bed coolant filter rolls, custom slitted from 500 mm to 1,000 mm in 20–70 GSM basis weights. Engineered for grinding, milling, and general machining coolant filtration.

Send the width your machine takes and the coolant you run. Rolls are slitted in-house to that dimension in the basis weight that matches your solids load, so the media indexes cleanly instead of being trimmed on the shop floor.

  • Basis weights from 20 to 70 GSM, matched to the solids load rather than a catalog default.
  • Excellent wet tensile strength, so the web does not tear as it indexes under a saturated load.

Where this media runs

Grinding & honing loops

Fine swarf and abrasive fines loaded continuously onto a gravity bed. Heavier basis weights hold the solids without collapsing when saturated.

Milling & general machining

Mixed chip loads on flat-bed and drum filters. Mid-range GSM media balances flow rate against dirt-holding capacity across a full shift.

Paper-band & vacuum units

Continuous-feed systems where roll width, length, and indexing behaviour all have to match the machine. Rolls are slitted to your exact width.
